Michigan CTO Council
The Michigan CTO Council (MICTOC) is an institutional membership organization serving  K-12 organizations and their employees working toward the advancement of Educational Technology within  Michigan K-12 schools. MiCTOC is the Michigan CoSN State Chapter whose members work in technology leadership roles in K-12 schools coming together to build a community aligned with the CoSN mission. The chapter will partner with CoSN at the national level, and other established groups in Michigan to build the leadership capacity and skills of current and aspiring education technology leaders throughout the state through CETL certification, networking, and mentoring.

CTOs (Chief Technology Officers) are education technology leaders who are responsible for technology that is increasingly complex, greater in number and scope, and ever more integrated into the daily instructional and administrative routines of today's K-12 school districts. CTOs are known by many titles, including Chief Information Officer and Technology Director.
